 Lanesville, IN

Saturday September 10th, ORVTPA will be in Lanesville, IN with the Limited Light Super Stock Tractors. This is one of the biggest events in the region for the LLSS class where fans will see premier tractors from Kentucky and surrounding states. The end of the season is quickly approaching the points title is still up for grabs, making this event very interesting as always. We can also expect to see "Spoilers" at Lanesville trying to steal the win away from the ORVTPA Regulars. Not only will fans enjoy premier pulling from various organizations, but will have the opportunity to see all the great antique tractors on display, arts and crafts, carnival rides and much more at the Lanesville Heritage Festival. We hope to see everyone there! Showtime is at 5pm on Saturday 9/10/11! All LLSS pullers need to be there @ 5pm as we won't know the pulling order until that evening!

Big Event this Weekend in LaGrange 8/11/11

This Saturday, August 13th, ORVTPA will be in LaGrange, KY at the Oldham County Fairgrounds. The Powell Family will be hosting the event starting at 5:30PM with 3800lb. Pro Stock Mini Trucks, 5800lb. Super Stock 2wd Trucks, Limited Light Super Stock Tractors, 6200lb. Stock II 4x4 Trucks, and 10000 Hot Farm Tractors. With Mother Nature on our side this weekend, we look to have a great show with big numbers at a new venue for 2011! Don't forget, the pull will start promptly at 5:30PM with the Mini Trucks! Admission will be $10, A portion of the proceeds from this event will go to the Good News Shelter. Bring a Bag of Dog or Cat food to be donated to the Oldham County Humaine Society, and recieve 1 raffle ticket (per bag) for a $50 cash drawing. There will also be a silent auction... Hope to see everyone in LaGrange!

Another Big Weekend for ORVTPA 8/4/11

With the season starting to wind down, we are starting to see some great points battles in all of the classes! With two big events this weekend, we look to se a large turnout of pullers and fans on August 5th and 6th. Friday night, We will head to Germantown, KY where fans will see action from the Pro Stock Mini Trucks, Limited Light Super Stock Tractors, Stock II 4x4 Trucks and the Pro Farm Tractors. Saturday Evening we will be northbound once again at the Boone County Fairgrounds in Burlington, KY where we will be pulling Super Stock 2wd Trucks, Hot Farm Tractors, Pro Stock Mini Trucks, Limited Light Super Stock Tractors and Stock II 4x4 Trucks. We look forward to seeing everyone at both of these events!

Vevay, IN

We have seen several new venues on the schedule this season, one of those being Vevay, IN. The pull in Vevay will take place this evening, Friday July 22nd. Fans will enjoy 4 classes of great action including 10,000lb. Hot Farm Tractors, 6200lb. Stock II 4x4 Trucks, 6000lb. Limited Light Super Stock Tractors and 5800lb. Super Stock 2wd Trucks. We are past the midway point of the season and there are some great battles taking place in the points race. Now that the busiest part of the season being finished, pullers will be doing everything they can to get every point they can to finish on top! We hope to see a lot of pullers and fans this evening for a great event!

Busy Week for ORVTPA   7/11/11

This week will be the biggest of the 2011 season for ORVTPA with 5 pulls in a row within 4 days. This Tuesday, July 12th Thru Friday, July 15th, we will be having pulls throughout 3 states with every class running at least once during the weekend!

Tuesday Evening July 12th, we will start out in Clinton, TN for the Anderson County Fair where fans will see some action from the 10,000lb. Hot Farm class and the 6000lb. Limited Light Super Stock Class. Wednesday night, we will be in Clinton, TN once again with two different classes... The 6200lb. Super Stock 2wd Trucks and 6200lb. Stock II 4x4 Trucks will battle it out to defend thier spots in the point standings. Both events in Clinton will begin at 7PM, directions to this venue are at the top of the home page.

Thursday Night, Fans in two different locations will be able to watch ORVTPA Action. The 8500lb. Pro Farm Tractors will be the lone class to head north to Booneville, IN, At the same time, 9300lb. Super Farm Tractors, 6000lb. Limited Light Super Stock Tractors, and 10.000 Hot Farm Tractors will be loading up their machines and heading towards Elizabethtown, KY for the Hardin County Fair. Both of these events will start at 7PM.

Finally, We'll rap up the action in Owenton, KY for the Owen County Fair with Stock II 4x4 Trucks, Limited Light Super Stock Tractors and Pro Stock Mini Trucks. We always have a great turnout at Owenton with it being a Central location for all pullers, so we look forward to seeing some great iron at this event! First hook at 7PM!

We have reached mid-season and the importance of getting every point possible is becoming more and more important as the end of the season becomes closer and closer. Look for some big shake-ups in points after this big week of events, With the hooks being this close together, you never know what can happen... But one thing is for sure, fans and pullers alike will be part of some great pulling action; We look forward to seeing everyone at these Pulls!

Big 4th of July Weekend for ORVTPA!

Pullers and Fans will enjoy 3 nights of great ORVTPA action at two different locations this Saturday, Sunday and Monday. The weekend will begin Saturday Evening, July 2nd in Scottsville, KY with an all tractor show including Hot Farm Tractors, Pro Farm Tractors and Limited Light Super Stock Tractors. The event in Scottsville will start at 7PM Central Standard Time! Sunday, July 3rd, we will head north for our first evening of a two day event in Otwell, IN with Super Stock 2wd, Pro Farm Tractors and Limited Light Super Stock Tractors. On July 4th, we will be back in Otwell celebrating Independance Day with Limited Light Super Stock Tractors, 9300lb. Super Farm Tractors, West Region 2.6 Diesel Trucks and West Region 9500lb. Limited Pro Stock Tractors. We hope all pullers and fans come and enjoy these pulls and have a fun and safe Holiday weekend!

ORVTPA In Paris, KY   6/22/11

ORVTPA Would like to invite all pullers and fans to Paris, Kentucky this weekend for our two events at the Bourbon County Fair. Thursday Evening, June 23rd, fans will see the 9300lb. Super Farm Tractors, 6200lb. Stock II 4x4 Trucks and 10,000lb. Hot Farm Tractors. Saturday, June 25th, the 5800lb. Super Stock 2wd Trucks, Limited Light Super Stock Tractors, 3800lb. Pro Stock Mini Trucks and 8500lb. Pro Farm Tractors will battle it out to claim thier spots early in the points race. The weather looks great and we hope to see large turnouts at the Bourbon County Fair!

2 Nights of ORVTPA Action this Weekend

ORVTPA will be in Shelbyville, KY this Friday June 17th, 2011 at the Shelby County Fair. Classes at Shelbyville include 5800lb. Super Stock 2wd Trucks, 10,000 Hot Farm Tractors, 6200lb. Stock II 4x4 Trucks and Limited Light Super Stock Tractors. The Shebly County Fair always makes for a great event with alot of great iron and fans. Saturday, ORVTPA will head north to Elnora, IN with the Limited Light Super Stock Tractors being the lone sanctioned class. At this event, $50 will be paid to each tractor just for showing up and $500 has been added on top of the normal purse. We hope to see alot of great pullers and fans at these two great events!

Hansel Sullivan Memorial Truck and Tractor Pull

This weekend (June 3rd and 4th) ORVTPA will be in Burlington, KY for the 14th Annual Hansel Sullivan Memorial Truck and Tractor Pull. Hosted by the Sullivan Family in memory of one of the true pioneers of the sport, Hansel Sullivan, this pull is one of the most prestigious outdoor pulls in the State. Friday Evening's Lineup includes 5200lb. Economy Hot Rods, 9300lb. Super Farm Tractors, 6200lb. Super Modified Two Wheel Drive Trucks and 6200lb. Stock II 4x4 Trucks. Saturday Evening, Fans will see 8500lb. Pro Farm Tractors, 6350lb. Super Modified 4x4 Trucks, 6200lb. Super Modified 2 Wheel Drive Trucks and 6000lb. Limited Light Super Stock Tractors. This is going to be a great way to start the 2011 Season and the weather looks great. With all the rain we have had, pullers and fans are anxious to get the pulling season started so we are expecting a great turnout! Both Shows start at 7PM and admission will be $10. ORVTPA West Region 5/10/11

Among the many changes for the 2011 pulling season, one of the most drastic being the addition of the ORVTPA West Region. The new branch of the Organization will be pulling all over Southwest Indiana, Southeast Illinois and Western Kentucky. ORVTPA West will be promoting 2 great classes, the 2.6 Diesel Trucks and 9500lb. Light Pro Stock Tractors in places we are familiar with like Otwell, IN and new venues like Edgewood, IL. ORVTPA West Region President, Ted Elpers, is exited to be a part of ORVTPA and plans to grow this branch of the organization in the coming seasons!
